This last week the Mid-Valley Town Crier featured Veronica Gonzalez, our office manager, in an article about her love of caring for people.
She told the Town Crier reporter Michael Rodriguez that “I guess the most rewarding thing for me is when patients come in, either in pain or just dissatisfied with their smile, and we can get them out of pain or feeling more confident about themselves. They hold back their smile or don’t speak freely because of their personal appearance, and you see a big change in their personality and confidence afterward. That makes you feel good because they feel good.”
